English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes
Resurrection Presbyterian Church, our sister PCA church in Williamsburg, and Living Waters Church in Bushwick now offer ESOL classes to the community of Bushwick, with the support of Hope for New York and Brooklyn Jubilee. Classes will be offered twice each month after Living Waters Saturday morning free community breakfast.
Volunteer language coaches are needed to work with adult students who wish to improve their English language skills. Volunteers need no experience, or proficiency in any language but English. All volunteers will receive training to be English language coaches.
Generally, volunteers are expected to attend all ESOL classes to be held twice per month on Saturday afternoons from 12:30-2:30.
