Moms' Group
The Park Slope Presbyterian Church Moms' Group is designed to provide support for and community among moms with children of all ages. The group's aim is that it would be a living, life-giving extension of Christ's body, the Church; where women can connect with other women, finding both safety and depth of relationship. This group also functions to foster the Christian love that is becoming of Christ's followers, specifically lived out in our service to one another, our families, and our communities.
The PSPC Moms' Group Winter/Spring 2011 Session will meet Tuesday mornings February 8 – May 24 at the Bishop Boardman Apartments House (located at 16th Street and 8th Avenue) from 9am-11am. Please note that there will be no meeting on February 22 or April 19. We will be using a book study to engage each other in discussion about the gospel and how it should impact the way we parent our children. Our current book is For the Children’s Sake by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. Childcare is provided and there will also be food, fellowship, and fun!
