The staff of Prospect Park have asked our church to form a team of volunteers for this year’s It’s My Park! Day. We will work together on a project based on the number of volunteers on our team. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.

Last year, over 500 people of every age gathered to care for Prospect Park during It’s My Park! Day. Nearly 2,200 volunteer hours were logged, as 4,000 feet of sidewalk was swept and weeded; 8,000 feet of Park path was swept and weeded; 150 bags of trash were collected; nearly 5,000 square feet of weeds were removed; and much, much more.
