Babysitter Available
Fantastic Babysitter available end of july/ beginning of August
We are relocating to Philadelphia and will be sad to say good-bye to our babysitter, Ingrid. Ingrid has worked full time for us for 3 years, since our first son was born. She is fantastic with infants and is incredibly patient as they grow through toddler hood. She takes our kids to all of their activities. Every once in a while I will take the kids to one of their classes. It is inevitable that someone will tell me how good Ingrid is with the kids.
Through out the past couple of years, I have been amazed at Ingrid's ability to get the kids through difficult stages. Here's a recent example. For the longest time, our oldest son would complain that his shoes were too tight when he wore a few different pairs of socks (even though it was clear that they were not). I eventually had Ingrid put the socks on him. She calmly explained that those socks just felt different. I have not heard the complaint since. Now, why didn't I think of that?
